TMIO Launches their TMIO Intelligent Ovens® at 2005CES, and Wins Two Innovations Awards

Los Angeles, CA, December 1, 2004. TMIO, LLC, the leader in intelligent kitchen appliance innovation, is redefining high-end with the launch of their 30" stainless steel Professional Series double wall oven that lets you call on your cell phone to get dinner started. The award-winning Intelligent Oven is the first to feature both built-in refrigeration to keep food fresh and Internet connectivity to allow you to change any cooking function at work or on-the-go. "The public anticipation for this product has been exceptional," says David Mansbery, President and CEO of TMIO, "This is a true dream appliance for everyone with a busy lifestyle. We were quite pleased to learn that for the third consecutive year, TMIO will receive recognition by the Consumer Electronics Association for our pioneering work in internet-connected kitchen appliances."

TMIO has been selected by preeminent panel of industry designers, engineers and journalists as a 2005 International CES Innovations Design and Engineering Showcase honoree in two categories: Home Appliances and Eco-Design. TMIO Intelligent Ovens feature an industry-first, dynamic touch screen control panel for intuitive operation and a high level of comfort in command and control of the appliance from both inside and outside the home. Advances in structural design have resulted in safer as well as more energy-efficient cooking and self clean cycles. TMIO has a strong commitment to responsible and innovative engineering, giving the consumer a choice for a high-quality product that meets their needs as well as eco-conscience.

TMIO Intelligent Ovens have appeared on CNBC's Power Lunch, Good Morning America, as well as HGTV and ESPN's "Cold Pizza". According to Sue Herrara of CNBC's Power Lunch, "It's perfect! It doesn't get any better than that [Bill] and it goes with my kitchen. I'm happy!"

Brett Larson, Technology Editor of WCBS-TV, New York, says of the TMIO Intelligent Oven, "This is a great example of bringing together of technology and ideas for a reason, and to actually do what tech should do, which is help us live better."

COOL...CONNECT...COOK. The TMIO double wall oven features a Professional cooking system, advanced refrigeration, and TMIO control technology. Food placed into the oven stays refrigerated until cooking begins. At any time you can use your cell phone or office computer to log onto the oven and change commands right over the Internet. Now there is no need to wait for dinner; it adjusts to your schedule.

"The TMIO Intelligent Oven gives you control of your oven in real-time from your cell phone while you're stuck in traffic, working late or picking up the kids. It also features dynamic touch screen controls that integrate into flat panels around the house, allowing for a very sophisticated and practical way to see if dinner is ready without missing a second of your favorite TV show," explains Dr. Diane Valachovic, COO.

Built-in Ethernet capabilities allow for seamless connection of the TMIO oven in your home to the outside world. TMIO ovens can be seen at the Microsoft MCX center in Bellevue, WA and at the TMIO showroom in Chattanooga, TN. Orders placed at www.tmio.com will ship in April 2005.
